Hens Bus Sydney is a Fairfield-based party bus company built around hens nights and girls' nights out, though mixed groups and corporate bookings are taken as well. The fleet covers 14, 21, 24, 32 and 50 passenger buses. The 32 and 50 seaters are the pink buses the company is known for, and a pink 24 seater can be requested when you book, although it is not guaranteed. Every bus carries LED party lighting inside and out, lasers, and a sound system rated at over 1000 watts running through subwoofers, with iPhone, AUX, MP3, CD and USB inputs so the group brings its own music. The larger buses add eight speakers, twin 12 inch subwoofers, three LED TVs for video, and eight security cameras. The 50 seater has a dance floor with a pole. Air conditioning and tinted windows are standard, and the exterior lights make the bus easy to spot when you come back out of a venue. Bookings are made by phone or through the enquiry form, and a non-refundable holding deposit of $200 reserves the date and time. Drivers are authorised by the NSW Ministry of Transport and the business is accredited as a public passenger vehicle operator; the buses are chauffeured only and are not available for self-drive. Pickups cover anywhere within 50km of the Sydney metro area, with Wollongong, the Central Coast and the Illawarra quoted on request. There is no extra charge for a late pickup, including after 3am. Cancelling inside 48 hours of the scheduled pickup costs the full booking price, and cancelling earlier forfeits the deposit.

Pricing depends on the date, duration and vehicle — enquire for a quote. A non-refundable holding deposit of $200 reserves the date and time, paid by Visa, Mastercard or debit card; AMEX is accepted with a 3% surcharge. Cancelling a confirmed booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup costs the full booking price, and cancelling with more than 48 hours of notice forfeits the holding deposit. There is no additional charge for a late pickup, including after 3am. Cleaning or repair costs are charged if the bus is damaged or left in a mess.
