A refundable security bond holds the date, sized by which bus you choose, and it comes back within two to seven business days if the bus is left clean and undamaged. Cash to the driver, bank transfer four days out and card by invoice are all accepted. What the site does publish is the money around the booking: a refundable security bond sized to the bus you choose, returned in two to seven business days if the bus is left clean and undamaged, a three per cent booking fee on online and invoiced payments, and a damage excess between $300 and $1,000. Bank transfer is due four days before the trip, cash can be paid to the driver on the day, and invoices can be settled by Visa, MasterCard or Amex. Cancelling within 24 hours of the trip is charged at 50 per cent.
