About 360 Action Park
360 Action Park is an indoor activity centre on Anella Avenue in Castle Hill, in the building that used to trade as Flipout Castle Hill. Its main drawcard for groups is a multi-level, air-conditioned laser tag arena built into a themed haunted house, where players can fight it out in teams or go every player for themselves. Each game runs for roughly a quarter of an hour, and staff give a safety briefing and walk everyone through the rules before play starts. Birthday parties are the heart of the business. The laser tag package gives a group of at least 10 guests six games in the arena, a reserved table, a party host, grip socks, water, popcorn, three slices of pizza each and an ice-cream birthday cake, all within a two-and-a-half-hour booking. Other packages trade some laser tag for trampoline time or a private dodgeball game, and the biggest option adds a private room with unlimited laser tag and jumping over three and a half hours. Self-catered packages let families bring their own food, apart from pizza and alcohol. Laser tag is only part of the building. There are trampolines, a soft play zone, a parkour arena, dodgeball and arcade games, plus an in-house pizza kitchen and a cafe. Laser tag suits teens and adults as well as kids, and the team takes group bookings from schools, sporting clubs and workplaces. For a bigger event, the whole centre or the upstairs lookout space can be hired privately on weekdays or weekends, with the venue arranging catering or guests bringing their own.

Frequently asked questions
What age suits laser tag?
Anyone can play, but the centre recommends laser tag from about seven years old. Younger children can have an adult go into the arena with them for no extra cost.
How much is a laser tag party?
The laser tag party starts at $430 for 10 guests, with each extra guest $43. It includes six games, a host, a reserved table, grip socks, water, popcorn, pizza and an ice-cream cake.
Can we bring our own food?
Most outside food is fine for guests and adults, with two exceptions: pizza and alcohol. Pizza can be ordered from the in-house kitchen instead, with halal and gluten-free options.
How long does a party run?
Most packages run for two and a half hours, covering activity time plus time at your table for food and cake. The largest package, with unlimited laser tag and jumping, runs for three and a half hours.
How do payment and cancellations work?
A $200 deposit holds the booking and the balance is paid on the day once guests are checked in. Cancelling more than 14 days ahead gets a full refund; closer to the date, a store credit is offered.
