About Nathan Cassar MC
Nathan Cassar is a professional MC and presenter based in Mays Hill in Western Sydney. He found his calling as a teenager watching the entertainment crew on a P&O cruise, went on to work as an entertainment host for Princess Cruises on ships sailing the South Pacific, Europe and North America, and began MCing on land in April 2021. He holds RSA and first aid certificates, Working With Children and police checks, and public liability insurance. Weddings are a big part of his work. The package, from $2,000 including GST plus any travel, covers planning support, a designed run sheet, briefings for speakers, coordination with your DJ, AV and venue team, and hosting the full reception. Ceremony hosting can be added at an extra quote, and he is comfortable with cultural and fusion weddings that mix traditions and languages. A 25% non-refundable retainer with a signed agreement locks in the date. For corporate clients he hosts conferences, awards nights, gala dinners, town halls, launches and panels, writing scripts with your team and tracking timing on the day. He also runs Quizanity, a hosted trivia game show for 8 to 100 players that suits team events, end-of-year parties, fundraisers and milestone celebrations. A standard session lasts two hours, and microphones, screens and speakers can be supplied for an extra fee.

How much does Nathan Cassar charge for a wedding?
Wedding MC packages start from $2,000 including GST, plus travel where needed. That price takes in help with planning, a designed run sheet, liaison with your suppliers, briefings for speakers and hosting the whole reception.
Can Nathan host our ceremony too?
The standard package is for the reception. Hosting the ceremony, or extra planning sessions before the day, can be added and are quoted separately.
What corporate events does Nathan host?
Conferences, awards nights and gala dinners, plus town halls, launches, panels, client functions and programs with several speakers, working alongside your agency, show caller and AV team.
What is Quizanity?
A trivia game show hosted by Nathan, played on guests' phones in a browser or with pen and paper. A standard session runs two hours with bonus rounds, for between 8 and 100 players.
Does Nathan Cassar travel outside Sydney?
Yes. He has hosted weddings in Newcastle and the Upper Hunter and takes events across Australia, with travel added to the quote where required.
