Birthday Party Venues in Drummoyne

Choosing the Right Birthday Party Venue

One harbourside address at 2 St Georges Crescent holds both of Drummoyne's birthday options: Drummoyne Sailing Club, founded in 1913, and Ecco Ristorante, the family-owned Italian restaurant inside it.

Deciding between the club and the restaurant:

A stand-up party with its own bar: the club's Sailors' Lounge is glass on the harbour side, air-conditioned and holds up to 150 standing, opening onto a sunny deck.
A three-course celebration: Ecco's party packages open with canapés, run through three courses and include five hours of drinks, from $115 per person.
A big milestone: across the restaurant Ecco holds about 200 seated or 300 standing.
Something smaller: the club has a private dining room, the Beach View semi-private lounge and the Cockatoo semi-private balcony, while Ecco's Beach Room seats 45.
Outdoors in any weather: Ecco's Deck is enclosed by see-through side panels under a retractable roof, with heaters, lounges and high tables for 70 standing.

Both face out over the water to Cockatoo Island, and Ecco can even be reached by boat. The club is DJ friendly, which helps for a 21st or 40th with dancing.

The Terrace Room and deck are fully private, seating 60 to 100 or taking 150 for cocktails, and an exclusive booking carries a minimum spend.
The Main Dining Room and deck seat 90 to 130.
Linen sheers screen the Harbour View Room, which seats 66 or 85 standing, with a deck it shares.
Ecco opens for lunch Thursday to Sunday and dinner Thursday to Saturday, with events outside those times by arrangement.
