About Twenty One Studio

Twenty One Studio is a wedding photography and film studio based in Bundoora, started by head photographer Tuan Nguyen after his own wedding showed him how much a good photographer matters. The small team has since covered hundreds of weddings around Melbourne, large and small, and is known for keeping the day light-hearted so couples relax in front of the lens. The focus is on real emotion rather than stiff poses – laughter during the vows, the bridal party arriving, confetti on the dance floor – alongside the family and bridal-party groupings every couple needs. The studio has extensive experience with Chinese and Vietnamese celebrations, including tea ceremonies and traditional attire, and welcomes same-sex couples. Photography collections run from six to twelve hours of coverage. Each includes a pre-wedding consultation, image correction and retouching, a personalised online gallery for family and friends, and high-resolution files on USB; longer collections add a sneak-peek gallery within 48 hours and a slideshow. Albums are handcrafted and printed locally. An in-house team of filmmakers produces wedding videos, and combined photo and video packages are quoted on request. Smaller ceremonies are catered for too, with intimate wedding packages at a lower price. Pre-wedding and engagement portrait sessions can be booked separately, and weekday weddings receive 10 per cent off any package. Couples usually book eight to twelve months ahead.
