Venues without on-site parking, such as the CBD and Docklands, attract a small loading charge, upstairs set-ups without a lift cost extra, and travel beyond 50 km of the CBD may add a fee.

How many people fit in a photo?
The booths are open rather than enclosed, so groups of five or six photograph well, and the team has fitted as many as 20 people into a single shot.
Is an attendant included?
Yes. Every package includes an attendant who maintains the booth and printer, checks picture quality and helps guests through each session.
How much space and power are needed?
Plan for roughly 3 m by 3 m, ideally against a wall when a backdrop is used, plus an ordinary 10 amp outlet no more than 3 to 5 m from the booth.
Can the booth go outside?
Yes, but it needs shelter from heavy wind or rain and a power point or generator. Have an indoor or covered fallback ready in case the weather turns.
When do we receive the photos?
A link to a password-protected online gallery arrives within 3 to 7 days of the event, and the images stay available to download for six months.
