About Bump Events
Bump Events is a Melbourne event styling team that builds the backdrop and the set pieces for parties, launches and corporate functions. Its core hire is the custom media wall, a printed backdrop carrying your wording, imagery or logos, installed with up-lights and packed down again afterwards. Around the wall sits a range of hire pieces. Guests can pose against indoor plants and green walls, floral arrangements, arches and giant letters, and a photobooth can be added so the photos get shared. A red carpet or balloons can join the set-up too, or the team can design something entirely custom for the event. The process runs in four steps. You describe the vision, the team prepares a mockup with colour and layout options, you confirm the design, and the crew builds and installs it. Once the set-up is finished they send photos so you can check it before the event starts. The portfolio includes launches and activations at hotels, rooftop bars and beach venues, along with birthdays, weddings and corporate parties. Pricing depends on the size and level of customisation, so every job is quoted individually after a conversation about the date, venue and design.
