Christmas Party Venues in Bundoora

What to Know Before Booking Christmas Party Venues

End-of-year functions in Bundoora split between a pub on Plenty Road and an all-day Italian restaurant in Uni Hill, and each handles a work crowd its own way.

The Bundoora Hotel's functions team lists Christmas breakups among its regular events, and Roccella Bundoora names Christmas parties too. Both top out at around 150 guests.

Lining them up for a work team:

Whole-office drinks: The Sports Bar @ Bundoora Hotel takes 70 to 150 with its own stocked bar, pool tables and full AV.
A seated team lunch: the hotel's Upper Bistro seats 50 beside tall windows, and two-course set menus cost $45 per person.
Slides before the party: Roccella's Bella Vista, raised above the restaurant floor, has its AV and screen built in.
A December evening half outdoors: Roccella's Terrace takes 90 standing across its indoor and alfresco sides.
A leadership dinner: The Arches seats 22 beneath the balcony, from $800 minimum spend.

For mixed teams, Roccella can make every dish gluten free. At the Bundoora Hotel, staff can drink on a bar tab or pay their own way.

Packaged parties: the Bundoora Hotel's Standard, Premium and Platinum cocktail packages each run five hours, with platters, a bar tab, staff and a security guard.
Per-head menus: Roccella's shared Italian banquets come in three tiers, with stand-up cocktail menus as the alternative.
Drinks: Roccella's beverage packages last two or three hours, the entry level covering house wines plus Italian and Australian beers.
A December date: a deposit with the booking form holds it at the Bundoora Hotel.

Who is coming

Entertainment: singers or small acoustic acts can be arranged through Roccella's functions manager, and the Sports Bar's AV plays Bluetooth music.
Smokers: the Sports Bar has its own private outdoor smoking area.
