About Shadow AV
Shadow AV is a small audio visual production team in South Melbourne with more than 20 years of live event experience. It works on everything from a single TV hired for the day to full productions with sound, screens, lighting and staging, and clients deal directly with the people who design and run the show. Sound is built around d&b audiotechnik and L-Acoustics systems, with dBTechnologies column systems and subs as well. The team weighs up the size and height of the room, the crowd and how sound will reflect in the space before recommending a PA, whether it is a compact system for a presentation or a large rig for a festival or concert. Delivery, setup and pack-down are available. Shadow AV also hires indoor and outdoor LED video walls, provides lighting design with colour washes, gobos and dynamic sequences, and handles staging and production management. For bigger events, high-spec 3D renders show how the stage, screens and lighting will look so everyone agrees on the plan before bump-in. The team's work covers corporate conferences, presentation nights, product launches, gala dinners, live performances, outdoor and community events, and weddings.
