About Premier Team Building
Premier Team Building is a corporate team-building and leadership company that started in the Hunter region and keeps its head office here, with phone lines in Queensland and Victoria as well. Its programs are designed around each client rather than lifted from a catalogue: the team asks what a workplace is struggling with, whether that is communication, trust, silos or morale, and builds the challenges to work on it while still being fun. In the Hunter Valley the activities lean into wine country. Mini-Olympics Wine Style has teams competing among the vines, Bubble Bonanza takes groups behind the scenes at a family winery to try the traditional method of making sparkling wine, and Wings of Collaboration has teams design and launch cardboard planes over the vineyards. LEGO challenges and a life-sized Mousetrap build can run in a barrel room or a conference space. Venues the company works with include Oakvale Wines, Rothbury Downs at Lovedale, where a highland cow may wander past, Calais Estate and 4 Pines at The Farm, which has meeting rooms and open paddocks for outdoor challenges. The pitch is to skip the obvious conference spots in favour of family-run wineries and local places. Beyond team days there are leadership workshops, charity team events, social events with the focus on fun, online sessions and large-scale conference programs. Formats run from 60 minutes to several days, for teams of four up to 2,000 or more. After the event the facilitator's notes are turned into a free health check on how the team works together.

How We Work
Frequently asked questions
How much does Premier Team Building charge?
Prices are not published. Because each program is designed around the group, the brief and the venue, the team quotes on enquiry, and it aims to reply to enquiries within a business hour.
What Hunter Valley activities are available?
Wine-themed Mini-Olympics among the vines, Bubble Bonanza sparkling-wine making at a family winery, Wings of Collaboration cardboard plane building, LEGO team challenges and the Mousetrap build, plus the wider range of indoor, outdoor and leadership programs.
Which venues do they use in the Hunter?
Oakvale Wines, Rothbury Downs at Lovedale, Calais Estate and 4 Pines at The Farm are all named, and the team will also run sessions at your own conference venue or accommodation.
How big a group can they handle?
Anything from a team of four to conferences of 2,000 or more, with sessions from about an hour through to retreats running over several days.
Do we get anything after the event?
Yes. The facilitator watches how the group works during the challenges and the company then sends a free team health check with observations and suggestions for what to work on next.
