About Pinnacle Team Events
Pinnacle Team Events is a corporate team-building company with its NSW head office at Redhead, on the Lake Macquarie coast, plus offices in Victoria and Queensland. It is a fully mobile operation: rather than hosting groups at a base of its own, the team brings its activities to wherever a company is gathering, whether that is a resort ballroom, a winery lawn or a meeting room. Pinnacle runs more than 110 formats and handles groups from around ten people up to a thousand or more. For the Hunter Valley it has a set of wine-country activities. Grape to Glass has teams blend, bottle and present their own wine for judging; Wine Olympics swaps sprints and hurdles for a run of vineyard-themed challenges; and The Explorer sends teams out to discover what the region is known for. Laser clay shooting, Amazing Race, Survivor, Escape the Box, Team Masterpiece and Blockbuster Productions, where teams shoot a short film, are also offered here. Pinnacle lists the valley resorts it works with, including Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, Oaks Cypress Lakes, voco Kirkton Park, the Mercure at Hunter Valley Gardens, Chateau Elan at The Vintage, Spicers Guesthouse, Tower Lodge and Harrigan's, which makes it an easy fit for a conference that wants an afternoon session or a pre-dinner activity on site. Programs are shaped around the brief. Clients can work a conference theme, company values or a product launch into the challenges, and evening formats such as trivia, casino nights and murder mysteries suit an end-of-year dinner. Pricing is published as a per-person guide with GST included, and every booking is quoted on group size, duration and location.

How much does Pinnacle Team Events cost?
Its published guide puts indoor challenges at $50 to $99 per person and outdoor adventures at $66 to $99 per person, GST included. Rates drop for larger groups, most formats carry a minimum charge and regional events may attract an extra fee, so each booking is quoted.
Which Hunter Valley venues does Pinnacle work at?
Its Hunter Valley page names Harrigan's, Tower Lodge, voco Kirkton Park, Spicers Guesthouse, The Lane Retreat, Rydges, Oaks Cypress Lakes, Hunter Valley Resort, Chateau Elan and the Mercure at Hunter Valley Gardens. Because the service is mobile, other venues work too.
How much notice does Pinnacle need?
Usually two to three weeks, stretching to two or three months for large events. The team has run events at a day's notice before, but booking ahead gives the widest choice of formats and facilitators.
Can the activity reflect our conference theme?
Yes. The team will fold a theme, company values or a product message into the challenges, and recommends formats once it knows whether the aim is communication, leadership, giving back or simply a good time together.
Can the event be photographed?
Yes, photography can be added to an activity so the day is captured for internal comms or social media. Packages start at $550 including GST.
