About Bunches Balloon Boutique
Bunches Balloon Boutique is a balloon shop in an arcade on Terralong Street, Kiama, owned by Cara, who brings more than ten years of balloon work and a longer history in local retail. The shop sells helium bouquets, foil and confetti balloons and ready-to-hang garlands, and a growing part of the business is styling set-ups at events. The set-up range is designed to be simple to order. A cake plinth dressed with a balloon garland or a personalised welcome easel adds a feature without much fuss. For a bigger backdrop there is a freestanding garland on a mesh frame, a round hoop arch, a wooden arch board, classic arches in two lengths and a full balloon wall. All of them can be made in your own colour scheme, and jumbo foil numbers can be added for birthdays. Prices include set up, and delivery is charged by location. Set-ups are offered across the Kiama area, including Kiama Downs, Minnamurra, Gerringong, Gerroa and Jamberoo, and can extend to Shellharbour, Shell Cove and Berry. A 30 per cent deposit secures the date, with the balance due a week before. Hire frames are either collected afterwards or returned to the shop, and balloons stay with you to dispose of. The team advises against placing balloons in direct sun at outdoor events.

Which areas do they set up in?
Set-ups cover the Kiama area, including Kiama Downs, Minnamurra, Gerringong, Gerroa and Jamberoo. Shellharbour, Shell Cove and Berry can also be serviced if needed.
Is set up included in the price?
Yes. Set-up prices include the team installing the piece, but delivery is extra and is worked out from the event location.
How do we secure a booking?
A 30 per cent non-refundable deposit holds the date and time, with the rest due at least seven days before. Minor changes can be made up to ten days out.
What happens to the frames after the party?
If frames or hire items were used, the team either comes back to collect them, which may cost extra, or you return them to the shop. You look after removing the balloons.
Can balloons go outdoors?
They can, but heat and direct sun make balloons burst, so the team strongly suggests a shaded spot. Weather and temperature affect how long any set-up lasts.
