About Sharon Is My Celebrant
Sharon Is My Celebrant is run by Sharon Campbell, a marriage celebrant based at Minnamurra who has been working in weddings for 18 years. Her ceremonies are built around the couple's love story, with plenty of humour mixed with tender moments, and she takes care of guest coordination and announcements on the day. Her daughter Brooke Isobel also conducts ceremonies with the business. The All the Bells and Whistles package is the full service: a first planning meeting, a ceremony written for the couple and sent for approval, all legal forms and registration, an on-site rehearsal covering positioning and photo tips, a cordless PA with microphones and music inputs, vow and reader cards, a keepsake copy of the words and the official certificate posted afterwards. Sand, rose, ribbon, binding, lock and memorial rituals can be added, and Sharon can MC the reception as an extra. Smaller formats are covered too. The intimate wedding offers a short personalised ceremony with an optional prop pack, while the legals-only registration is a quick signing with two witnesses at her office, your home or a park. The Co-Pilot package lets a friend or relative present the ceremony, with Sharon helping write it, running the rehearsal and handling the legal elements beside them. For couples who want everything arranged, Sharon puts together elopement and pop-up wedding packages with local suppliers, combining the ceremony with photography, styling, flowers, cake, drinks stations or a picnic with grazing platters, mostly on beaches and lookouts around Kiama. Naming ceremonies are also offered.

How much is a legals-only wedding?
The registry-style legals-only service is $575 in the Kiama region and $675 in the Illawarra and Nowra region. It covers the NOIM, the legal words and signing, lodgement, and the posted marriage certificate.
Can a friend officiate our wedding?
Yes, with the Co-Pilot package from $975. Your friend presents the ceremony while Sharon, as the registered celebrant, handles the legal components and supports them with the script, rehearsal, PA system and printed copies.
Is a rehearsal included?
A rehearsal on site is included with the All the Bells and Whistles package, covering positioning, choreography, timing and tips for the photos.
Do you bring a sound system?
Yes. Sharon brings a cordless PA with microphones that needs no power, with Bluetooth, USB and cable inputs for your music, so it suits beaches and paddocks.
Can you organise a whole elopement?
Yes. Sharon builds elopement and pop-up wedding packages with local suppliers, which can include photography, ceremony styling and chairs, flowers, a wedding cake, a drinks station or a picnic with grazing platters. Each package is customised.
