About Mak Video
Mak Video is a small video and photography business on Railway Parade in Allawah, in Sydney's south. Dragan Dimitrovski set it up in 1998 and still leads the crew, and the studio has built much of its work on family occasions: christenings, engagement parties, milestone birthdays and weddings. Many clients are repeat families who first booked the team for a wedding and then called again for each child's christening. The same team handles moving pictures and stills, so one booking can cover a film of the day and a set of photographs. The portfolio shows 30th and 40th birthday parties with styled cake tables and floral walls, engagement celebrations with light-up signage and dancing, church christenings followed by the family lunch or dinner, and full wedding coverage from preparations through to the reception. Drone footage is offered for outdoor settings and larger venues, and finished photographs can be presented as digital albums. Filming is done on high definition equipment and each video is edited with the couple or family in mind rather than cut to a fixed template. There are no set prices on the website; packages are discussed directly with Dragan by phone or email, and the studio office in Allawah is open on weekdays. Mak Video suits families planning a christening, a big birthday or an engagement who want one familiar crew to capture both the ceremony and the celebration that follows.
