About TMT Weddings
TMT Weddings is a Sydney wedding business run from Sussex Street in the CBD, offering two services: civil marriage celebrancy and master of ceremonies work at the reception. The MC side suits couples who would rather not hand the microphone to a nervous relative, and who want someone keeping the night to time while they enjoy it. Bookings start well before the day with a planning workshop that walks through the run sheet in detail. On the night the MC arrives an hour ahead of the reception to confirm the room is set up as agreed, then does a last check with the DJ or musicians on the bridal entrance and the songs picked for each formality. From there TMT Weddings handles the introductions, announcements and speeches, chats with guests, and works with the venue and other suppliers so the itinerary keeps moving. Through the evening the MC also looks after the couple and the bridal party, helps with any requests, and keeps the mood relaxed and fun for the room. The business has appeared on SBS and Channel 9. Can TMT Weddings be both our celebrant and our MC?
Yes. TMT Weddings is also a civil marriage celebrant, handling the legal paperwork and bringing a PA system with a wireless microphone to the ceremony, so you can book the same person for both parts of the day.
When does the MC arrive at the reception?
The MC gets to the venue an hour before the reception starts to make sure everything is set up as planned and to confirm entrance and formality songs with the DJ or musicians.
Does TMT Weddings travel outside Sydney?
Receptions within the Sydney metro area are covered as standard. Weddings outside the metro area can still be booked, with a travel fee added to the quote.
How much does a wedding MC from TMT Weddings cost?
