About Zeus Letter Lights
Zeus Letter Lights hires out giant illuminated marquee letters, numbers and neon signs for events around Sydney. The business started in 2019 from a small storage space in the city's west and has since built up a large range of letters and props for birthdays, engagements, weddings, christenings, baby showers, graduations, corporate functions and life events such as Christmas and New Year. The main range is the Iconic 120cm collection: freestanding letters, numbers and symbols (a heart, hashtag and ampersand) in a white gloss sparkle finish with a double-edged rim, built from galvanised metal. The wiring links from one piece to the next, so a long name or message needs only a single power point. A smaller Signature 60cm range suits tables, stages and proposals, and the two sizes can be mixed, such as Will You in 60cm with Marry Me in 120cm. For something different there are Dazzling neon numbers standing 100cm tall and a Notorious Neons collection of slogans, including Happy Birthday, Talk Thirty To Me, Forty & Fabulous, Fifty & Fabulous, Lets Party and Blessed. Proposal set-ups can add candles, a red carpet and rose petals. Prices are quoted on request: send your event date, what you'd like and the venue, and the team replies within 48 hours. You can collect and return the lights yourself, bringing a vehicle they'll fit in, or have them delivered and picked up by courier. A refundable bond and a separate non-refundable deposit apply to each booking.

What sizes of light-up letters can I hire?
There are two main letter and number ranges: the Iconic range at 120cm tall and the Signature range at 60cm. They can be mixed in one display. Zeus also hires Dazzling neon numbers at 100cm tall and a set of neon slogan signs.
How are the letters powered and set up?
The 120cm letters are freestanding and made from galvanised metal, and their wiring connects from piece to piece so a full word or name needs just one power point. They work indoors and outdoors, although windy or wet weather is worth planning around for outdoor set-ups.
How much does delivery cost?
You can collect and return the lights yourself, as long as your vehicle is big enough and protected. Courier delivery and pickup has a minimum charge of $135 per booking during standard hours, and a guaranteed delivery time via a dedicated courier costs from $65 extra.
Is there a bond or deposit?
Yes. Each booking has a non-refundable deposit to secure the order, plus a refundable bond that is returned within 25 business days after the lights come back and pass inspection. Damaged, lost or stolen pieces are charged at a minimum of $1,500 each.
Can I hire letter lights for a proposal?
Yes. Zeus has Will You Marry Me and Marry Me options in 60cm and 120cm, a Will You Marry Me neon in white, pink or multi-colour, and add-ons such as candles, a red carpet and rose petals for the set-up.
