About Oricco Catering
Oricco Catering is the party side of a family Lebanese business in Dulwich Hill, run by the Boustany family and built on recipes handed down at home. For birthdays, engagements, work functions and family get-togethers it packs the food into share platters that go straight onto the table, so there is no cooking or plating left for the host. The online catering menu is broad. Wraps platters come in trays of 12 or 18 halved wraps filled with chicken, kafta or falafel, and there are boxes of charcoal chicken, a whole slow-roasted lamb served over rice, kafta and pork souvlaki skewers, kibbe and sambousik. Salads such as tabouli, fattoush, Greek, bean and pasta salads come in sizes that feed roughly a dozen people up to around 40. An antipasto grazing platter for 15 to 25, fruit platters, baklava and a tray of assorted Middle Eastern sweets round things out, and single-serve plates such as the Lebanese Party Plate suit guests who prefer their own portion. Orders placed online need 48 hours' notice, and the team takes calls for last-minute catering. Pickup and delivery each carry a minimum order, and a separate quote form covers larger events, asking for the date, start time, location, guest numbers and dietary needs.
