About Le Fromage
Le Fromage is a Sydney grazing business founded by Chanel El-indari in 2017, which started as a side hustle and grew into a full range of cheese platters, grazing tables and gift boxes. Orders are made fresh on the day in Bass Hill, in south-west Sydney, using a mix of Australian and imported cheeses. Alongside the platters there are fruit, dessert and brunch boxes, antipasto cups and skewers, and seasonal wreaths and Christmas boards. For parties, the choice is between delivered platters and a styled grazing table. Cheese platters come in four sizes on reusable trays, from a small round for six to eight people to an extra large that feeds 25 to 30, each loaded with cheeses, cured meats, dips, olives, gherkins, cherry tomatoes, quince paste, nuts and fruit, with bread and crackers packed separately. The 1m grazing platter serves 25 to 30 on wooden boards you keep, with 2m and 3m versions for bigger groups. Grazing tables are built on site at your venue and customised to the theme, usually as an appetiser before the main meal or something to pick at through the night. Platters and boxes need 24 hours' notice and go out Monday to Sunday between 10am and 5pm, with pick-up available in Bass Hill. Grazing tables need at least 1.5 hours to unload, set up and style, and dates are held with a 50% non-refundable deposit paid at least a week out. Plates, cutlery, napkins and table hire can be added at extra cost. Menus can be adjusted for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free and halal guests. It suits birthdays, engagements, baby showers, weddings and office functions.
