Da Luca Mobile Pizzeria is a Kellyville pizza caterer that brings an Italian-made oven to your party and bakes everything on the spot. Italian pizzaiolos stretch the dough by hand and send out a steady flow of pizzas such as margherita, diavola, capricciosa, prosciutto and vegetarian, and custom toppings can be requested. There are two packages. Classico offers six pizzas: an entree pizza such as garlic, garlic and cheese or sfornato di pan, four mains from the menu and a Nutella pizza for dessert, with strawberries, white chocolate or M&M's as variations. Oro steps up to seven, with five mains and the option to add prosciutto, porcini mushroom with truffle or a garlic prawn pizza at extra cost. Both can be customised, and gluten-free and vegetarian pizzas are available. The oven travels to homes, workplaces, parks and venues, and the team caters groups from around 20 people up to 500. Birthday parties, engagements, corporate lunches, school fundraisers and community days are all on the list. The business is at home in the Hills District, covering Castle Hill, Rouse Hill, Bella Vista, Baulkham Hills and Dural, and also travels to the CBD, eastern suburbs, inner west, northern beaches and western Sydney.
