Cured Cravings is a Sydney grazing and catering business run from Eastgardens, building styled spreads of cheese, cured meats, fruit, dips and sweet treats for birthdays, engagements, baby and bridal showers, office Christmas parties and weddings. Tables come in three looks: a flat lay spread on parchment with foliage and nothing to return, a staged table using boards and risers for extra height, and a luxe option with white staging, silk drapery and a colour theme of your choosing. The charcuterie cart is the party piece. It arrives styled and stocked, a host keeps it replenished for two hours while guests mingle, and the team packs everything down at the end. There is also a bagel bar where guests build their own with smoked salmon, cream cheese and fresh toppings, a savoury menu of sliders, mini quiches, pastries and caprese skewers sold by the piece, and dessert and fruit boxes. For children's birthdays, three party packages and kids grazing runners cover fairy bread, sandwiches, fruit cups and treats. Grazing table prices include set-up and are listed by table length and guest count, so hosts can see the cost before enquiring. The team arrives one to two hours ahead, needs no power or kitchen, and can hire tables, supply disposable plates or return afterwards to clean up. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free needs can be built into the spread, and grazing boxes can be collected from Eastgardens or delivered across Sydney.

How big a grazing table do I need for my party?
Tables are sized by guest count: the 60cm flat lay suits up to 25 guests, a one-metre table up to 30, and sizes step up to five metres for about 200 guests. Larger events are quoted.
What happens when I book the charcuterie cart?
The team arrives before your guests, sets up a styled and fully stocked cart, hosts and replenishes it for two hours, then packs it down. Pricing is per guest with a 25-guest minimum plus a hosting fee.
Do they cater kids birthday parties?
Yes. There are three kids party packages priced for 10, 20 or 30 children, kids grazing table runners, and add-ons such as sliders, mini pies, brownies, sandwich quarters and fruit cups.
How much notice does Cured Cravings need?
Allow two days for a grazing box and a week for a grazing table, while the charcuterie cart or larger packages seven to fourteen days. They recommend three to five weeks for big events.
Is delivery included and how far do they travel?
They service all of Greater Sydney. Delivery on boxes starts at $50 within 10km of Eastgardens and rises with distance, while free pick-up from Eastgardens is available for boxes that don't need setting up.
