About Pinnacle Team Events
Pinnacle Team Events runs corporate team building out of Redhead, a beach suburb of Lake Macquarie, with further offices in Victoria and Queensland. Newcastle is one of the cities it works in regularly. It has no venue of its own: facilitators travel to wherever your group meets, whether that is an office, a function room, a restaurant, a local park or the beach. With more than 110 formats on offer, there is something for most briefs. Outdoors, teams tackle Amazing Race checkpoints, Survivor-style challenges, Carnivale games, archery or Scramble. Indoors there are escape-room puzzles, Team Masterpiece, Blockbuster Productions short films and the Game On game show, which works well at a conference or gala dinner. Evening options include trivia, casino nights and murder mysteries, and charity builds such as Tikes on Bikes and Backpacks for Bright Futures end with a donation to children. Groups range from around ten delegates to more than a thousand, split into smaller teams when numbers are large. Sessions can be as brief as 30 minutes or stretch across a full day, and most fall between two and four hours. Tell the team what you want from the day, whether better communication, stronger leadership, giving back or simply some fun, and they will suggest formats and weave your conference theme, values or product into the challenges. Pinnacle liaises with the venue on space and set-up, arranges council permits for outdoor sites and brings its own PA and microphone. It also runs wine-country programs in the Hunter Valley. Prices follow a published per-person guide that includes GST, and every event gets its own quote based on numbers, length and place.

Where in Newcastle can a Pinnacle event be held?
Anywhere your group gathers. The service is fully mobile, so events run at offices, conference venues, restaurants, parks and beaches around Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.
What does team building with Pinnacle cost?
Including GST, the guide prices indoor challenges from $50 to $99 for each person, evening events at $50 to $88, outdoor adventures at $66 to $99, workshops at $70 to $150 and charity builds at $99 to $250.
How far ahead should we book?
Two to three weeks usually gives enough time, and big events can need two to three months. The team has pulled together events at a day's notice, but more lead time means more choice.
Can the activity carry our company message?
Yes. Pinnacle can build a conference theme, new product, core values or other message into the challenges, and recommends formats to match what you want the team to get out of it.
Can a photographer capture the event?
Yes. Photography can be added so the activity is recorded for staff newsletters or social media, with packages from $550 including GST.
