About Bay Events
Bay Events is a marquee and event hire company with a showroom in Carrum Downs, running since the early 2000s. It supplies the structures and fit-out for weddings, milestone birthdays, engagement parties, corporate functions and festivals across the Mornington Peninsula. The marquee range takes in stretch tents, clear-roof and traditional marquees and gazebos. Stretch tents have a modern, flowing shape and can be rigged in different shapes and sizes to suit a lawn, vineyard or clifftop site. Inside the marquee, Bay Events can supply the rest of the room: tables and chairs, lounge and bar furniture, drapes, dance floors, stages, festoon and feature lighting, and styling accessories. An audio and lighting service adds sound systems, wireless microphones, projectors and stage lighting. Planning starts with a consultation with one of their event specialists, who help match the marquee, furniture and lighting to the site, guest numbers and budget. Clients can also visit the showroom by appointment to see the hire range. The business also offers event management for clients who want more of the day handled, from planning the layout to running the set-up and pack-down around the celebration.
