About Rosebud Beach Community Bowls Club
Rosebud Beach Community Bowls Club sits on the foreshore in the middle of Rosebud, close to the bay and its sunsets. The club dates back to 1947 and plays on a synthetic green that is used all year round. Barefoot bowls runs every Friday from 4pm during the warmer months, from mid-November until Easter. Bowls and coaching are provided, so first-timers and regular bowlers can play side by side. The bar is fully stocked, a sausage sizzle keeps everyone fed, and there is a sun deck and garden to relax in between ends. Children are welcome as long as they are supervised, and groups of 12 or more should book ahead. The clubroom is available for Christmas parties, birthdays and corporate functions. Hire includes a large open event space, the bar, the kitchen, tables and chairs, a big screen with a microphone and an outdoor deck. The club can cater your event and quotes once it knows your numbers. Its own staff run the bar for the whole function, and you can book barefoot bowls to give guests something to do outside.
