Finesse Catering Group is a catering company based on the Mornington Peninsula, whose kitchen is headed by Brad and Roong, a married pair of chefs. Rather than a fixed menu, each event gets a menu built around the brief, whether that is canapés, a shared family-style feast, an Italian-themed spread, interactive chef stations or a traditional three-course plated dinner. Vegan catering is also offered. For weddings, the team caters everything from small gatherings to large receptions, in marquees on family properties, private homes and local venues. Finesse is the exclusive caterer at Tanglewood Estate and also works with a private estate at Merricks. Parties and celebrations range from relaxed long lunches to lively evening events, and private chef dinners can be arranged at home. Delivered party boxes and platters suit casual gatherings and post-wedding recovery parties.
