About VR Theme Park Caroline Springs
VR Theme Park is an indoor games centre on Garretty Road in Caroline Springs built around virtual reality. Players use guided headsets for shooter, racing and adventure titles, ride two-seat motion pods and spinning VR capsules, and mix that up with arcade machines, an augmented reality football game and target shooting stations. Staff run a briefing for first-timers, and walk-in visits are welcome without a booking. Birthday parties are the core of the group offer. Packages need at least eight children and are priced per child: the entry tier gives open-ended access to the play area for ages up to seven, while the Silver, Gold, Platinum and Ultra tiers add between 8 and 25 VR or arcade games each, plus a party room booked for 90 minutes and food that steps up from chips and nuggets to pizza, spring rolls, juice and fruit and chicken platters. Parties run in set slots through the day and into the evening, and the centre asks for two weeks notice to secure a room. For adults there is a function hall that suits office parties, team days, graduations, baby showers and family milestones, with projection and AV equipment, a sound system, disco lighting, a dance floor and room for anywhere from around 10 guests to more than 100. Catering is prepared in the on-site kitchen and can be tailored by cuisine, age group and dietary requirement, and an event coordinator helps plan the day. Between speeches, guests can wander out to the games floor and take turns in the headsets.

How much is a kids party at VR Theme Park?
Packages are priced per child with a minimum of eight. Silver is $45 with 8 VR or arcade games, Gold is $55 with 11, Platinum is $65 with 15 and Ultra is $100 with 25. A $35 tier covers the play area for children up to seven.
What food comes with the party packages?
Each tier includes catering for the kids. The lower tiers start with chips, nuggets and soft drink, then the higher ones add pizza, spring rolls, juice and, on Ultra, platters of fruit and grilled chicken.
How far ahead should we book a party room?
Booking is essential for the party rooms and the centre suggests at least two weeks notice. Time slots run for 90 minutes, from a 10:30am start through to a final slot finishing at 10pm.
Can adults hire the venue for a work function?
Yes. The function hall handles corporate meetings, office parties and team building, with AV and projection gear, flexible seating, a dedicated coordinator and catering packages that start from $50 a person.
Is there parking and can we change our booking?
There is free parking on site at the Garretty Road centre. Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, and general visits do not need a booking at all.
