About Dreamskape Docklands
Dreamskape Docklands is an indoor digital play centre on the first floor of The District, built around physical games that react to the people playing them. The headline for many visitors is the VR motion rides, which pair a headset with a seat that tilts, lifts and spins in time with the on-screen adventure – some rides last only four to six minutes, so a group can try several. The Hurricane ride turns riders right over and has a minimum height of 140 cm and a seat limit of 150 kg. Between rides there are the Dream Games challenge rooms – a dozen themed rooms with more than 80 game modes, from dodging lasers and hitting glowing buttons to climbing a light-up wall and passing balls through pipes as a team. Docklands is also the only Dreamskape venue with Spartan, a smart obstacle arena where runners hit RFID checkpoints against the clock, and it has a naked-eye 3D cinema that needs no glasses. Covered shoes are required in most activities, and free lockers hold small valuables. Birthday parties run on a plan prepared by the party team, with a dedicated host and a reserved party area; about 30 minutes in the middle is set aside for food and cake. Tap water is supplied, and groups can bring their own food or order meal packs. Docklands takes parties of up to 40 guests, and larger groups can ask about private hire. For work events, staff divide teams into groups of six to ten that rotate through the activities under supervision, and every participant signs a waiver before playing.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests can come to a party at Dreamskape Docklands?
Docklands can host up to 40 party guests at once, and the online booking system takes up to 20 – contact the team by email for bigger groups. Private venue hire may be possible for larger numbers with enough notice.
Can we bring our own food and a birthday cake?
Yes. Tap water is provided, and you can bring your own food or order meal packs. Nothing can be heated on site and soups are not allowed. Cakes can be lit with your own candles, and there is a fridge to store the cake.
Are there height or weight limits on the VR rides?
The Hurricane VR ride requires riders to be at least 140 cm tall, and each seat has a 150 kg maximum. Check the details of each ride before your visit, as requirements differ between attractions.
What should we wear?
Covered, securely worn shoes are needed for most activities – nobody can play barefoot or in socks only. The obstacle arena is the exception, and grip socks are provided for it on corporate programs. Wear clothes you can move in.
How do corporate team-building sessions work?
Teams are split into small groups of about six to ten that rotate through activities under staff supervision. Everyone must have a signed general waiver, with a parent or guardian signing for anyone under 18.
