Clear allPuzzle difficulty is the real dividing line here: Rush Escape Game Chadstone on Warrigal Road leans hard, while EscapeXperience in Oakleigh offers a gentler starting point alongside a tough room of its own.
Both operators run 60-minute games across a trio of rooms, so a birthday, hens or work group can book several at once and compare results afterwards.
Picking a room for your group:
EscapeXperience starts from $40 per person and Rush Escape Game Chadstone from $70 per person.

EscapeXperience offers facility hire with catering for parties of 15 or more, and Rush Escape Game Chadstone can take up to 14 at once across its three rooms.
HackSaw: Remastered at Rush is a Saw-inspired horror room for ages 16 and over. Mission:Possible and Da Vinci Down Under have no scares.
Mission:Possible at Rush is all-ages. EscapeXperience is pitched at adults and players 16 and up; younger players need a paying adult with them, and under-fives can't play.
Every game at both venues runs for 60 minutes. Add time for the briefing and debrief – Rush suggests about 90 minutes on site in total.
