Clear allLearning to cook Italian from someone who grew up with it is the draw of Rosa's Traditional Italian Cooking. Anna Rosa, raised in Campania and at the stove since childhood, teaches from her house in Bundoora, where a handful of guests gather around steel benchtops and do every step with their own hands.

Rosa's runs school holiday sessions where children make fettuccine, gnocchi or pizza.
At 36 Ambrose Treacy Drive in Bundoora, in Anna Rosa's own kitchen.
