About Holey Moley Moorabbin
Holey Moley Moorabbin sits inside the Morris Moor entertainment precinct on Cochranes Road. The course runs to 18 themed holes, each built around a pop-culture joke or a nostalgic set piece: guests can perch on a cartoon family's lounge at '742 Evergreen Terrace', gamble their way around 'Do Not Pass Go', or putt through 'Morning Tee with Nanna'. There is a six-shot limit on each hole, so nine holes usually take somewhere between 25 and 40 minutes. The Moorabbin venue also prices bowling and arcade game cards, so a group can mix activities in one visit. Casual rounds are priced by day: nine holes cost $23 from Monday to Wednesday and $25 from Thursday to Sunday, with an 18-hole round, a kids rate, a family pass and a separate rate for people with disability. A game of bowling starts at $22. Booking ahead is recommended, as only a small number of walk-ins are held back. For parties, kids packages start at $35 a head for 55 minutes with nine holes, shared pizza or nuggets, soft drink and juice, decorations, a party host and a reserved area, and a $49 option adds a game of bowling. Adult functions for hens, bucks, birthdays and work groups start at $52 a head for two hours with nine holes and a reserved area, rising to packages with finger food and one or two hours of drinks covering tap and bottled beer, house wine, cider and soft drinks. Functions need at least 10 guests and a 50% deposit, and extras such as another round of golf, platters and a winner's trophy can be added. Under 18s are welcome until 8pm, after which everyone needs ID. Holey Moley has marked bays in the car park beside the venue, and buses stop out front.
