About Grace Coaches
Grace Coaches is a locally owned and family-run coach company based in Branxton, on the northern edge of Hunter wine country. It handles group transport of most kinds, from a handful of friends heading to a few cellar doors through to a full coach of wedding guests, and its drivers know the vineyard roads, the venues and the towns in between. The fleet is built in tiers. Deluxe commuter minibuses carry 5 to 13 passengers and Rosa deluxe minibuses take 14 to 24, while buses and semi coaches cover groups of 25 or more. The minibuses have air conditioning, seat belts, cloth reclining seats and MP3 connectivity; the coaches add climate control, coach-style reclining seats and a DVD player for longer journeys. Luggage trailers can be added for airport runs. Weddings are a large part of the work. Guests can be picked up from their accommodation and delivered to the ceremony and reception wherever they are in the Hunter, so nobody has to think about who is driving home, and smaller minibuses can split off for pre-wedding and post-wedding outings. The team also runs Pokolbin wine tours in its minibuses, midweek or on weekends and for a half or full day, either following your own list of wineries or a day they plan for you. Groups heading to the Lovedale Long Lunch are catered for too. Other bookings include hens nights, bucks parties, football games, corporate events, school excursions, day charters and overnight or extended charters, plus transfers to and from airports and cruise terminals. Every job is quoted individually based on the group size, times and route.

Can you shuttle our wedding guests?
Yes. Guests can be collected from their accommodation and taken to the ceremony, reception and back, anywhere in the Hunter. Minibuses can also be booked for smaller guest outings before or after the wedding.

Pokolbin wine tours run midweek and on weekends, as half or full days. You can follow your own itinerary or let the team plan the day.
