About Kingdom Kids Parties
Kingdom Kids Parties is run by Bree, a qualified preschool teacher and mother of four who has been hosting children's parties since she was 17. She picks and trains each entertainer herself, and the team arrives in character, choosing from princesses such as Elsa, Moana and Rapunzel, a garden fairy, mermaid, ballerina, Wonder Woman, Jessie the cowgirl and seasonal elves or Easter helpers. Every entertainer holds a current Working With Children Check. There are three main packages, each lasting 1 hour 45 minutes with one entertainer. The face painting package works from a set menu of quick designs in cosmetic-grade paint for 10 to 12 children. The glitter package uses biodegradable glitter and suits up to 30 children, and the glamour package adds glitter hair spray, eye shadow and cheek sparkle, with nail polish if time allows. All three include bubbles, a magic show, parachute play and party games, so the birthday child and guests stay busy for the whole visit. Extras can be added to any package: tiara decorating for younger guests, pony-bead jewellery making for five to twelve year olds, forehead gem clusters and balloon sculpting. The business is based in the Charlestown area and covers Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, the Hunter Valley and the Central Coast. Corporate and event face painting is quoted separately through the contact form, while kids' party packages are booked online.

What is included in a party package?
Each 1 hour 45 minute package has one costumed entertainer, face painting, glitter or a glamour makeover, plus bubbles, a magic show, parachute play and party games.
How many children can attend?
Face painting and glamour packages suit 10 to 12 children; the glitter package covers up to 30. Children under three are not counted.
Is there a travel fee to the Hunter Valley?
Travel within 30 minutes of Charlestown is included. Venues 30 to 59 minutes away add $30 and those around an hour away add $60; longer trips need Bree's approval.
What add-ons are available?
Tiara decorating and jewellery making are $4 per child, forehead gem clusters start at $48 for 12, and balloon sculpting adds $30.
Are the entertainers checked and insured?
Every Kingdom Kids entertainer holds a current Working With Children Check, and the business carries public liability insurance.
