About Sydney Party Limos

Sydney Party Limos is a Five Dock business, trading as SP Limos Pty Ltd, that has spent more than eight years moving groups around Sydney in customised Mercedes Sprinters. The party vehicles are built for people who want the celebration to begin at the kerb: passengers sit face to face on limousine-style lounges, and the interior carries colour-changing LED lighting, lasers, a smoke machine, an illuminated dance floor, a screen for music clips and a dance pole. There are two party sizes. The 14-seat Sprinter keeps a smaller group together, and the 20-seat version makes room for a bigger crowd, with a multi-speaker system, subwoofers and full air conditioning. Both have a built-in bar area with chilled complimentary refreshments, and a full-height door so nobody has to duck on the way in. The company also runs plainer 14 and 20-seat Sprinters for weddings, airport runs and corporate transfers when the party fit-out isn't wanted. Hire comes as a one-way transfer, a return trip where the driver collects you at an agreed time, or hourly hire that loops past the harbour and the city for photos. Day trips to wineries in the Hunter Valley, the Southern Highlands and Berry are also on offer. Groups aged 18 and over may bring their own drinks, but red wine, straight spirits and shots are not allowed, and the chauffeur can end the ride for anyone behaving badly. Kids and teen parties are welcome, and a red carpet can be arranged on request.

Sydney Party Limos does not publish a price list. Each booking is quoted on the vehicle size, the date, the length of hire and where you want to go, so send your pick-up point, drop-off, times and head count with your enquiry. A deposit is needed to confirm the booking and the balance is due ahead of the hire date, with full payment required earlier for the busy end-of-year months. Late arrivals can be charged extra time, and a cleaning charge applies if the vehicle needs a deep clean afterwards.

The party fleet is two customised Mercedes Sprinters, a 14-seater and a 20-seater, both with face-to-face limousine lounges, LED lighting, lasers, a smoke machine, a lit dance floor, a dance pole, a screen for music videos, Bluetooth sound and a bar area stocked with complimentary soft drinks. A 14-seat and a 20-seat Sprinter with a quieter corporate fit-out handle weddings, airport and cruise terminal transfers. Every booking is chauffeur driven. Karaoke equipment is supplied, and misuse of the microphones or remotes ends that service and is charged for.

How many people fit on a Sydney Party Limos bus?

The party Sprinters come in two sizes, seating 14 or 20 passengers, all in the rear on limousine-style lounges. If your group is bigger than that, ask about booking two vehicles.

Can we drink on board?

Passengers aged 18 and over can bring their own drinks. Red wine, straight spirits and shots, including jelly shots, are not permitted, and the chauffeur can remove anyone who is heavily intoxicated. Complimentary soft drinks and water are included.

What kinds of hire are available?

A one-way drop to a bar, restaurant, wharf or casino; a two-way booking where the driver returns at a set time; hourly hire that cruises around the city; winery day trips; and wedding-day transport for the bridal party and guests.

Is the party bus suitable for kids and teens?

Yes. The company runs kids and teen party bookings as well as school formal transfers, and younger groups get the same lights, dance floor and sound system.

How much does it cost and how do I book?

Prices are quoted per booking, based on the vehicle, the date, the hours and the route. A deposit secures the date, the balance is due before the hire, and a cleaning fee applies if the vehicle is left in a mess.
