About Star Limo Hire

Star Limo Hire is a Sydney business that puts groups into stretch vehicles for weddings, school formals, hens and bucks nights, birthdays and corporate runs. Its signature car is a white H2 Stretch Hummer with full leather seating for 16, a bar with Avonite tops and aluminium trim, a privacy screen between driver and guests, several LCD TV screens, a CD and DVD system with multiple speakers and a subwoofer, air conditioning, and neon lighting beneath the seats and along both sides of the car. The company says its drivers have more than ten years in the travel industry. For smaller parties there are white Chrysler 300C stretch limousines with 10 to 12 seats, plus a 300C sedan and a white Mercedes cabriolet that can be booked as a getaway car on a wedding day. Wedding packages collect the groom and the bride, take the bridal party to the ceremony, the photo location and the reception, and come with champagne, light refreshments, water and soft drinks, a red carpet and red step, white ribbon, a tyre cover, an umbrella and a sewing kit. An Ultimate Wedding Package bundles an hour for the hens night, an hour for the bucks night and five to seven hours on the day at a package rate. Hens and bucks groups get champagne or wine and water, and beer can replace the bubbles at extra cost. Kids and teen parties can head to Luna Park, Taronga Zoo, the aquarium or the beaches with juice and lollies on board. A return trip later in the night is offered at a reduced price, and the cars can be inspected by appointment before you book. The team picks up across Sydney, from Campbelltown and Penrith to Manly and the Sutherland Shire, and also works in Wollongong.

Pricing

Kids and teen transfers in the 16-seat Hummer to the city start from $600 an hour each way, and longer hires attract a discount. The site does not say whether GST is included. Weddings, formals, hens and bucks nights are quoted per booking, usually within 24 hours, so send the date, vehicle, pick-up and drop-off suburbs and hours needed. Bookings run for a minimum of one hour and a non-refundable deposit holds the date. A $220 cleaning fee can apply if outside food is eaten in the car.
