About Urban Legends Tour Co
Urban Legends Tour Co is a family-run tour and charter company based in Caringbah in the Sutherland Shire, operating since 2016. It runs hens and bucks days built around wineries, breweries, distilleries and the harbour, using its own Mercedes Sprinters and coaches with a professional driver. The core fleet runs from a 14-seat Sprinter and an 18-seat party Sprinter with LED lighting and a subwoofer, through a 27-seater, up to 41 and 57 seat coaches, and bigger groups travel in several vehicles on one run sheet. It also runs trips in Queensland, the ACT and Byron Bay through partner operators. In Sydney, a hens day might combine lawn bowls, a cocktail class and a rooftop bar, while a bucks day tends to be an Inner West brewery crawl through Marrickville and Camperdown with Archie Rose as an optional spirits stop and karting or axe throwing in the middle. A group of 20 or more pays $174 each for the main three-brewery day, lunch included. Further out, there are Hunter Valley wine and brewery days capped at three cellar doors plus lunch, Southern Highlands cellar doors with a long lunch, and Wollongong and South Coast days driven over the Sea Cliff Bridge. Signature hens itineraries include a harbour yacht day and an evening of cocktails, a distillery, Italian wine and a four-course harbourside banquet. Every day is private to the group, with door-to-door pickup, a timed run sheet and free swaps between stops. Package days include venue bookings and tasting fees; charter-only days cover just the bus for groups that have booked their own venues. There are no toilets on board, so stops are spaced accordingly, and bottled water is an optional extra. It suits organisers who want the whole day handled, from a small group of friends to a big wedding party.

How We Work
Frequently asked questions
What is included in a hens or bucks package?
Package days include a private vehicle and driver, door-to-door pickup and drop-off, venues booked ahead under your group, every tasting fee prepaid and a run sheet with set times sent before the day. Extra drinks, takeaway cartons, activity fees not quoted in writing, and bottled water are not included.
How much does a Sydney brewery day cost?
On the Inner West three-brewery day, lunch included, groups of 20 or more pay $174 per person, 14 to 19 pay $184 for 14 to 19, $205 for 7 to 13 and $255 for four to six. Combos cost more: go karting plus two breweries starts at $210 a head and axe throwing plus two breweries at $220 a head for large groups.
How many people do we need?
Hens groups can be as small as four and as large as 200. Bucks packages are usually from about ten guests, and smaller groups pay the full rate for the 14-seat Sprinter. Groups beyond one vehicle's capacity travel in two or more vehicles working to the same run sheet.
Can we drink on the bus?
Not on package tours, where the drinking happens at the licensed venues and tastings are already paid. On a charter-only booking where you have arranged your own venues, BYO may be allowed, but only with written approval given before the day.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
A $200 deposit holds the date ($500 for multi-vehicle bookings) with the remainder payable a week out. The deposit is not refunded but can be used as credit on a later booking. Money paid above the deposit comes back in full if you cancel at least a fortnight ahead, half back at 7 to 13 days, and none inside a week.
