About Chair Hire Co
Chair Hire Co is a western Sydney hire company that started with seating and grew into a one-stop party hire range. The team has more than 20 years in the trade and runs everything out of a warehouse in Wetherill Park. Chairs are still the core of the business: white and grey plastic chairs, padded folding chairs, Tiffany chairs in gold, black, white and clear, Victorian and ghost chairs, wire and arrow chairs in several colours, bentwood chairs, deck chairs and small chairs for kids parties. Around the seating sits a long list of other pieces. Tables run from plastic and timber trestles to round banquet tables, hairpin and terrazzo cocktail tables, coffee tables, tapas tables, signing tables and a gloss bridal table, with linen and lycra covers to dress them. For a lounge corner there are velvet ottomans, benches, arm chairs and three-seater sofas, plus rattan and wire lounges. Light-up glow furniture, pop-up marquees from 3x3m to 4x8m, market umbrellas, staging, dance floors, drapes, patio heaters and balloon garlands can go on the same booking, along with PA systems, jukebox and karaoke machines, projectors and party lighting. Delivery covers all of Sydney, from the Northern Beaches and Hornsby down to Sutherland and Campbelltown, and runs seven days a week, usually between 8am and 4pm. The price depends on the suburb and how much gear is going out. Items are left stacked at ground level, and carrying them up stairs or setting them out costs extra. The office is open Monday to Saturday, and orders can be placed online or by phone. The range is pitched at weddings, 21st birthdays, corporate functions and school events.

How much does it cost to hire chairs and tables?
Plastic chairs start at $2.75 each, folding chairs at $5 to $6, Tiffany chairs at $9 and Victorian chairs at $14. Trestle tables are $15 to $22, a round timber banquet table is $35 and cocktail tables run from $40 to $80.
Do they deliver, and what does it cost?
Yes, to every Sydney council area, seven days a week, normally between 8am and 4pm. The fee is worked out from your suburb and the amount of equipment, and a set delivery time outside that window may attract a small surcharge.
Will they set the furniture up?
Standard delivery leaves everything in a tidy stack at ground level. Carrying items up stairs or into a lift, and setting chairs and tables out, are available for an extra labour fee, so mention it when booking.
Can I hire a marquee and sound system at the same time?
Yes. Pop-up marquees range from a 3x3m at $195 to a 4x8m at $450, with walled versions available, and PA systems with a corded microphone start at $150. Lighting, heaters, dance floors and a jukebox can be added to the same order.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations have to be sent by email. Giving at least 48 hours notice before the hire date gets a 50 percent refund, while anything cancelled inside 48 hours is charged in full.
