About CMC Party Buses
CMC Party Buses is a Newcastle party bus operator with a fleet of three buses, each given its own look. The pink bus leans into hens nights and birthdays, the yellow bus suits school formals and big nights with friends, and the black bus, known as the Rapper Bus, has a darker, sleeker fit-out. All three are accredited with Transport for NSW and are driven by the company's own drivers. The buses are fitted out as small moving clubs. Inside there are leather seats, air conditioning and tinted windows, a dance floor with a pole, LED party lighting and a loud sound system for your own music, and the company also lists karaoke and screens on board. Ice buckets are provided, and groups aged 18 and over can bring their own alcohol, with valid ID, preferably in cans and plastic bottles rather than glass. Most bookings are hens and bucks parties, birthdays, pub crawls and nights out, but the buses also run winery days in the Hunter Valley, festival trips, weddings, school formals and staff parties. Bookings are taken at any hour, seven days a week. Send through your itinerary before the day and check that the venues on your list will take a large group, since the driver follows the plan you set. Hire is for a block of time with a driver. A bond secures the bus and is refunded after the trip if there is no damage, and time beyond the booked block is charged by the hour.

How many people fit on a CMC party bus?
Each of the three buses carries up to 35 passengers. Tell the team your group size when you book and they will confirm which bus is free on your date.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes. Passengers aged 18 and over can bring alcohol on board with valid ID. Cans and plastic bottles are preferred over glass, and ice buckets are on every bus.
Is there a bond?
Yes, a $300 bond secures the bus. It is refunded within about seven working days if the bus comes back undamaged, but it is not returned if you cancel the booking.
What happens if we run over time?
Any time beyond your booked hire is charged at $200 per hour, so be ready at the pick-up point on time and build some slack into the itinerary.
Do we need to plan the stops ourselves?
Yes. Send your itinerary to the company before the day and confirm details at least two days out. It is also worth checking that each pub or venue on the list accepts large groups.
