About Pimp My Balloons
Pimp My Balloons is a Mornington balloon decorating business run by Tam and Trev, who have appeared on Channel 7's Blow Up Australia. They design and install balloon decor for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, corporate functions and retail launches. The range runs from small helium table bouquets and number bouquets to balloon pillars, spiral arches and organic garlands. Arches come in sizes from 7m to 10.6m, in spiral or block colour patterns, and each one is delivered, built and removed at the times you set. For a photo wall, the backdrop packages pair a round mesh frame in gold, white or black with three or four metres of organic garland. Add-ons include clear acrylic plinths, an acrylic disc with custom signage and neon signs hired alongside a garland. The team also builds large sculptures and character pieces, from a Christmas tree made of balloons to sea creatures suspended above a shopping centre atrium. Corporate clients can have installations matched to their brand colours. The balloons are natural latex, and the business belongs to the Pro Environment Balloon Alliance. They do not support balloon releases and will suggest alternatives that can be disposed of responsibly after the event. Organic garlands start at $100 per metre, and garlands with hoops start at $330. Backdrop packages with a mesh frame and garland start at $530, and standard pillars cost $50 to $150 depending on height. A delivery fee based on your location is added to installed pieces.
Equipment & Service Details
Round mesh backdrops in gold, white or black (1.9m wide by 1.96m tall) are hired for $100. Clear acrylic plinths in two heights are $40 each or two for $70, and both are delivery-only.
Neon signs can be hired only together with a balloon garland. Indoor-only standard arches suit halls and function rooms, while the premium arches can also be used outdoors.

What does a balloon arch from Pimp My Balloons cost?
A standard 7m indoor arch is $300 and a 7.6m indoor/outdoor arch is $350. Larger 9.1m and 10.6m arches are $420 and $500, and organic arches start at $900. A delivery fee based on your location is added.
Do they set up and take down the decorations?
Yes. Arches are delivered, installed and removed at the times you choose. Mesh backdrops and acrylic plinths are delivery-only hire items that come with a garland order.
Can the balloons match our colours or brand?
Every piece is made to order in the colours and pattern you pick, such as a spiral, a spiral to the centre or blocks of colour. Corporate installations can follow a company's brand guidelines.
Will the balloons last for more than one day?
Balloon pillars can be double-stuffed in the bottom rows for an extra $10 each, which helps them last beyond a week. This suits shopfronts and longer displays.
Can we release the balloons after the party?
No. The business belongs to the Pro Environment Balloon Alliance and does not support balloon releases. The team can suggest other ideas that can be cleaned up and disposed of properly after your event.
