How to Choose the Right Hens Party Venue

Barefoot bowls, buffets and a bar make Clayton Sports Club a relaxed pick for a hens day that's more lawn party than nightclub. The club on Springs Road, Clayton South, hosts hens parties alongside birthdays and baby showers.

Nobody in the bridal party needs to have bowled before, and each session lasts two hours.

Planning the bride-to-be's day around the club:

  • On the green: barefoot bowls on the grass or under the covered Cobra Dome.
  • Music with a twist: the enquiry form offers DJs, a drag DJ among them.
  • Grazing as you go: platters of finger food, served hot or cold.
  • A proper meal: themed buffets from $45 per person, from Italian to an Indian spice feast, or sit-down dining.
  • Glasses topped up: a tab with a limit, or a three-tier drinks package with an alcohol-free choice.

Trivia and bingo are listed too, which gives quieter guests something to join in. Share your date and the size of the hens group in an enquiry.
