About Transporter Bus Tours
Transporter Bus Tours is a bus operator based in Bulla, on Melbourne's north-western edge, with more than a decade of experience moving groups to parties, formals and day trips. The fleet is small and easy to understand: two party buses and a coach, with access to further luxury coaches when a group wants something more formal. Bumblebee, the yellow party bus, has seating around the sides for 45 people along with a strong speaker and lighting setup. Optimus takes up to 43 in booth-style seats and adds an eight-speaker surround system, air-conditioning, party lights, a dance pole, Bluetooth and USB charging. For a calmer ride, the 55-seat coach offers proper coach seating and storage underneath for bags. The buses are booked for uni pub crawls, school formals and debutante balls, hens parties, footy and netball trips, birthdays and work outings. Winery days are handled as transport only – you choose the cellar doors and timings, and the driver gets everyone there and home. Wedding transfers are a speciality too: the team plans the route around your schedule or your planner's, can decorate the bus to suit the theme and helps manage guest pick-ups. No glass and no underage drinking are allowed on board, and a separate $250 bond is lodged before each trip to cover any damage or extra cleaning. Send through the booking form with your date, group size and plans, and the team will come back to confirm the details.

Frequently asked questions
How many people fit on the Transporter Bus Tours buses?
Bumblebee seats 45 on perimeter seating, Optimus takes up to 43 in booth-style seats, and the coach seats 55 with luggage storage underneath. Larger luxury coaches can also be arranged.
What party features does the Optimus bus have?
Optimus has side-facing seats, an eight-speaker surround sound system, party lighting, air-conditioning, a dance pole, Bluetooth and USB chargers, so music and lights are going from the first pick-up.
Is there a bond when I book a party bus?
Yes. A $250 bond is paid into a nominated bank account before the trip to cover any damage or excessive cleaning, and a booking can be cancelled if the bond is not lodged.
Can Transporter Bus Tours plan our winery day for us?
The team provides the transport only. You choose the wineries and the timing, send through the schedule, and the driver takes the group to each stop and back again.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancelling a week or more ahead returns half of the booking fee. Within 48 hours of the trip the fee is forfeited, and in between it is held as credit for 12 months.

I would highly recommend Transporter Party Bus! We had the most amazing time for my friends hens. Miri was fantastic with her communication and the bus driver was lovely. It was the perfect space for a boogie. 😊
