About Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq Docklands
Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq fills a large space in The District at Docklands with a carnival look: striped tents, neon signs and a prize counter stacked high. Ten-pin bowling lanes sit alongside a laser tag arena, dodgem cars, an XD motion theatre and a floor of arcade and ticket games. There is no entry fee. You buy an Archie Bros game card on arrival, load it with credit and tap it at each game, while bowling lanes can be reserved online or at the front desk. For a birthday, hens night or work outing, the party packages take the planning off your hands. The entry package gives the group a game of bowling or an hour in the arcade, plus pizzas and fries to share and a reserved area for the length of the function. Bigger packages add one or two hours of house beer, wine, cider and soft drinks with a choice of finger food. Between games, Dazzler's Diner turns out burgers, pizzas and share plates, and the bar is known for playful cocktails such as the Circus Sour. There is no age limit, and kids and teens are welcome until 9pm Sunday to Thursday and 8pm on Friday and Saturday, with a responsible adult for younger children. After 8pm adults need ID. Outside food is not allowed and booths can't be reserved unless you book a function. Drivers can use The District's West Car Park across from O'Brien Group Arena, while the 86, 35 and 70 trams run free from Southern Cross.
