Paintball & Laser Tag in Melbourne's Inner West

Getting Paintball and Laser Tag Right

Highpoint's laser tag arena sits inside Strike Bowling Highpoint, in the shopping centre's entertainment precinct in Maribyrnong. It's an indoor setting, shared with bowling lanes, karaoke rooms and escape rooms, so a group can mix the chase with something calmer.

Ways groups add laser tag to a booking:

Kids parties: a minimum of ten, combining a laser tag battle with bowling.
Adult packages: eight guests minimum, with extra laser tag games added on.
Hosted options: two-hour packages with a host, a reserved space, finger food and house drinks.
Split groups: half the party in the arena, the other half on the lanes or in an escape room.
Prices: from $22 per person.

Paint and outdoor fields aren't part of it – this arena is indoor laser tag, which keeps it open to mixed groups and younger players.

Book a kids party for ten or more and combine laser tag with bowling.
Grown-up groups (eight minimum) can build laser tag into a hosted package with food and drinks.
Under-18 players have a 9pm curfew from Sunday through Thursday, brought forward to 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
The cocktail bar and kitchen mean nobody has to leave Highpoint to eat.

Other games on the same floor

Ten bowling lanes for a slower round between battles.
Three escape rooms, each taking teams of two to six, from beginner to pro.
Private karaoke rooms for the end of the night.
A reserved party area with a host on the two-hour packages.
