About Luddenham Raceway

Luddenham Raceway is a privately run motorsport park on more than 100 acres of rolling hills in Luddenham, officially opened in November 2018. It combines a 1.4-kilometre car and motorcycle circuit with an outdoor go kart centre, which is the part most party groups come for. The Pro Circuit is 600 metres long with 12 flowing, high-speed corners and LED track lighting for evening sessions, and the 13-horsepower karts are serviced daily. Drivers must be at least 14 years old and 145 centimetres tall. Groups of ten or more can book private track time, so only your group is on the circuit. Every package follows a proper race format with a warm-up, heats and a grand final, then a medal ceremony for the top three and a group photo on the podium. Each driver also gets a race licence and a balaclava to keep. The Mini Grand Prix is the standard entry package, with longer Grand Prix and Deluxe options, and a corporate package that adds homemade pizzas, soft drinks, tea and coffee. On quieter weekdays, Track Attack offers a quick race format for groups of ten at a lower price. The venue is also set up for bigger events. It has a function centre with a reception area and cafe, a conference room seating up to 120 in theatre style, and the option to hire the whole facility, with room for marquees on the grounds. Smaller groups can join public Arrive and Drive sessions instead. The track runs in wet weather, so pack a change of clothes.

Private group packages for ten or more start at $130 per person for the Mini Grand Prix, with the Grand Prix at $180, the Deluxe Grand Prix at $235 and the Corporate Package at $385 including food and drinks. Track Attack is $90 per person for groups of ten or more on off-peak weekdays. Public Arrive and Drive sessions cost $50 for ten minutes, plus a $12 annual race licence. Card payments attract a 2% surcharge.

Food

The on-site cafe serves hot and cold drinks, and pizza can be ordered on some nights. The Corporate Package includes homemade pizzas. Outside food isn't permitted.

Beverages

Soft drinks, tea and coffee are available from the cafe and are included in the Corporate Package. BYO drinks and glassware aren't allowed.

How much does a group race cost?

Private packages for ten or more drivers start at $130 per person for the Mini Grand Prix, with the Grand Prix at $180, the Deluxe Grand Prix at $235 and the Corporate Package, which includes pizza and drinks, at $385. The Track Attack offer is $90 per person for groups of ten, on off-peak days only.

Can smaller groups race?

Yes. Groups of one to nine can book public Arrive and Drive sessions, which are $50 for one 10-minute session, $75 for two or $110 for three, and you share the track with up to 20 drivers. A $12 race licence, valid for 12 months, is required.

What is the minimum age and height?

Drivers on the Pro Circuit must be at least 14 years old and 145 centimetres tall. Under-18 drivers need a waiver completed by a parent or guardian, ideally online before the day. There are no double karts.

What happens if it rains?

The track runs in the wet, and bookings aren't cancelled or refunded because of rain. Bring a change of clothes, or buy a wet weather suit at the front desk for $10. If conditions become dangerous, staff will close the track and issue a credit or reschedule the booking.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

No. Outside food, drinks and glassware aren't allowed. There's a cafe on site, and the Corporate Package includes homemade pizzas, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
