Sydney Harbour Party Cruises is a cruise organiser based on Pitt Street in the Sydney CBD. Rather than running a single boat, it acts as a middleman between groups and the vessels, caterers and suppliers on the harbour, and places each booking on whichever suitable boat is free on the day. Its current fleet list includes Royale and Bay Runner, which take roughly 25 to 180 guests, plus smaller BYO boats such as Elysium, Champagne Lady and Mascot. The pitch is value: one price per guest instead of a whole-boat charter fee. Most packages run for three hours in a morning, afternoon, day or night slot and include a cruise director, an Aussie BBQ with salads or bread rolls, and beer, wine and soft drinks. Birthday, social, Christmas, hens and corporate cruises start at $169 a head, with spirits included on some packages and sold at a cash bar on others. The bucks package is $195 a head with spirits and adult entertainment built in, including lingerie-clad waitstaff and an R-rated strip show; hens groups can add adult entertainment at extra cost. How We Work

Send an enquiry with your date, group size and cruise type, or call the Pitt Street office. The team matches your group to an available boat from its partner fleet and confirms the package, departure slot and any add-ons. A deposit secures the booking, and final numbers and full payment are both due seven days before the cruise. On the day a cruise director looks after the group on board; late arrivals can only join by water taxi at their own cost, and the bars close at least 15 minutes before you disembark.

What is included in a standard party cruise?

How many guests do we need?

Most packages are priced on a minimum of 25 guests (one birthday night slot lists 20, and BYO cruises 29). Bigger groups can go on boats such as Royale and Bay Runner, which take up to about 175 to 180, though larger numbers or a specific boat may add to the cost.

Can we choose which boat we go on?

Packages are not tied to one vessel. The company matches your group to a suitable boat that is free on your date. Requesting a specific boat is possible but may attract an extra fee.

When is payment due and what if we cancel?

Paying a deposit confirms the booking, and the balance must be paid in full at least seven days before the cruise by direct deposit or bank cheque. If you cancel, you lose 20% of the deposit two or more months out, 50% at one to two months, and all of it at three weeks or less.

What does the bucks package include?

Bucks cruises are $195 a head for three hours with a full drinks package including spirits, an Aussie BBQ, security and music. Adult entertainment is part of the package, with lingerie-clad waitstaff serving food and drinks and an R-rated strip show. Poker and laser clay shooting versions cost $223 and $255 a head.
