How far ahead should we book?
OzParty suggests booking three to six months out to get the widest choice, especially for cruises and Saturday nights. It has organised events at as little as 48 hours notice, so a late enquiry is still worth sending.
What group sizes do they cater for?
Most packages have a minimum of around 8 to 12 guests, and the per-person price is tiered, so it falls as numbers rise. Larger bookings are possible too, with some classes and race packages quoted for groups of 50 or more.
