About The Hampden Hotel
The Hampden Hotel is a neighbourhood pub on Hampden Road in Nedlands. Inside there is an open fireplace and lofty ceilings, and outside an alfresco area and sunny courtyard. For functions, the main space is the Upper Deck, an upstairs room that holds 85 guests standing or 45 seated. It has a private bar, a private bathroom and the option of a private balcony, with wait staff looking after the group. The room is set up for a proper party. You can bring in a DJ and set up a dance floor, and the room also takes grazing stations and balloon styling, and the space works for both celebrations and corporate events. The Beer Garden is the other option, a relaxed spot ringed with palm trees, with shade for summer and heaters for cooler nights. It is family-friendly and dogs are welcome. The kitchen builds function menus to suit the event, from roving canapés and substantial bites to gourmet platters and set menus, with add-ons available. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices are offered, along with low and no-alcohol drinks. The pub trades Monday to Saturday from late morning.
