About Albion Hotel Cottesloe
The Albion Hotel is a heritage pub on Stirling Highway in Cottesloe that has traded on this corner since the 1800s. Downstairs it runs a bistro and a sports bar, and it keeps three classically styled rooms for private functions. Period touches run right through the building, from Tiffany chandeliers and ceiling fans to preserved boardroom furniture and old photographs on the walls. Every function room has a fireplace, and the two larger rooms also have their own bars and balconies. The Queen Victoria Ballroom is the main room of the three. Inside are its own bar on draught beer, twin original fireplaces, room to dance and a balcony, and hire includes a mounted projector screen, a microphone and space for a DJ or band. The Prince Edward Room is the next size down, with an east-facing balcony, a private bar and two fireplaces, and suits smaller gatherings and private dinners. The Boardroom seats guests along one long custom-made table, with a fireplace and a screen that connects to a laptop. The bistro kitchen cooks with produce from local suppliers, turning out steaks, seafood, salads, pizzas and pub classics. Function menus and prices are not published online, so they come with a quote once you get in touch. The hotel hosts birthdays, farewells, engagements, Christmas parties, weddings and corporate meetings. Send an enquiry with your date and guest numbers to book.
