About Sweetwater Rooftop Bar
Sweetwater is a rooftop bar and restaurant on level 6 at 1 Silas Street in East Fremantle. Guests reach it by the lift on Silas Street, and the terraces look across East Fremantle to Fremantle Port. The kitchen turns out Asian-inspired share plates built on seasonal produce. The bar mixes classic and modern cocktails and pours a broad wine list. The rooftop is split into function areas that can be booked on their own. The Sunset Terrace takes 50 for sunset drinks, the Sunset Lounge holds 40, and the Garden Terrace, lined with foliage, takes 60. Bigger groups can combine the Sunset Lounge and Garden Terrace as a private space for 100. For a big night the whole venue can be hired exclusively for up to 300 standing or 120 seated. Functions can run as a seated meal or a standing party, and a cocktail masterclass can be added. The team handles corporate functions, social gatherings and private celebrations, and a 3D virtual tour helps with planning. Cakes are welcome, with no charge if your group cuts and serves it, and tidy decorations are fine. Menus cover vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets, and the rooftop has wheelchair access by lift. Daytime dress is casual and evenings are smart casual. Street parking is available along Silas Street, with more spaces in the Richmond Quarter car park.

Yes. There is no cakeage charge if you cut and serve it yourselves, or the team can cut and plate it for $2 a head. Decorations are fine as long as they are not messy.
