About The Raffles Hotel

The Raffles Hotel sits on Canning Beach Road in Applecross, facing the Swan River. Its art deco fit-out, with brushed gold touches and patterned tiled floors, carries through function spaces on two levels. The Riverside Room is the main private room, a bright first-floor space with wide river views and its own balcony looking down over the alfresco below. It holds up to 200 for a cocktail party or 80 seated, and wall-mounted screens handle speeches and presentations. The Kitson Room is a smaller private room that also overlooks the river. It takes up to 65 standing, or can be laid out for a dinner or meeting of up to 26. Downstairs, part of the riverside alfresco can be reserved for groups of up to 100 in a semi-private setting. All function areas are wheelchair accessible, with a lift to the first floor. The function menu runs from canapé packages and a feasting buffet to two- and three-course set menus, grazing boards and high tea towers. Drinks can be arranged as standard or premium packages for two to four hours, a bar tab or a cash bar. The events team looks after birthdays including 21sts, engagement parties, wedding receptions, Christmas functions and corporate events. Send an enquiry to talk through dates and packages.
