About Subiaco Hotel
The Subiaco Hotel is a heritage pub at 465 Hay Street in Subiaco, trading for well over a century. It runs a restaurant and several bars, and spreads its function areas across the ground floor, a first floor and a rooftop. On the ground floor, The Courtyard holds 80 standing with its own private bar and suits after-work drinks. The Lobby Bar reserves tables for about 40 in a shared bar, and the Blue Room is a small private nook for 20 between the bars. The Lower Mezz sits above the courtyard for groups of up to 25. Higher up, the Roof Deck has an outdoor bar and takes 75 guests, and it can be paired with the Upper Mezz for a larger group. Upstairs again, Henry's Loft holds 110 cocktail style or 40 seated. It has a private bar with its own staff and an audio and video system you control, and it is the only space where amplified speeches are allowed. Food runs from canapé packages and substantial canapés to a shared entrée set menu and a feasting-style dinner served down the table. Two-hour drinks packages cover beer, wine and soft drinks, with spirits and arrival cocktails as add-ons. Send an enquiry to check dates.
